Account Deletion

Use the in-app account controls whenever possible. A secure web fallback is available if you no longer have access to the app.

Delete from the Nine Below app

While signed in, open Settings, scroll to Account and sign-in, then choose Delete My Account. The app verifies you through your password, Google, or Facebook before deleting the account.

Deletion is permanent. Your profile, linked sign-in identifiers, progression, coins, cosmetics, clubs, social connections, and active sessions are removed. Completed match, moderation, security, and support records may be retained only in anonymized form where needed.

You cannot delete an account during an active online match. Finish the match first.

Web fallback

Cannot access the app?

Verify ownership here using a method already connected to your Nine Below account. This fallback completes deletion without requiring the app or manual email processing.

Player password

For accounts that have a Nine Below password.

Verified linked email

For Google or Facebook accounts with a verified email.

Protecting your account

Deletion requires a linked verification method so another person cannot delete your account. Never send your password or verification code to anyone.
