Using Nine Below

By using Nine Below, you agree to play fairly, follow the rules shown in the app, and use the service only for lawful personal entertainment. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Do not cheat, exploit bugs, interfere with servers, harass other players, impersonate others, upload malicious content, or use Nine Below in a way that harms the service or other players.

Accounts And Access

We may limit, suspend, or remove access to accounts or features when needed to protect Nine Below, enforce these terms, respond to abuse, or comply with law or platform requirements.

Online features may change, pause, or be unavailable from time to time while we test, improve, or maintain the app.

Virtual Items And Progress

Nine Below may include virtual currency, rankings, rewards, cosmetics, clubs, and other progression features. These items have no cash value and may be changed, balanced, reset, or removed as the game evolves, especially during testing.

If real-money purchases are added later, additional store terms may apply through Google Play, Apple, or another payment provider.

Content And Conduct

You are responsible for the names, chat messages, club content, and other content you submit. Keep it respectful and do not submit content that is illegal, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, threatening, infringing, or otherwise harmful.

We may moderate, restrict, or remove content and accounts that violate these terms or disrupt the game.

Nine Below is provided as is and as available. We do our best to keep the game reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free gameplay, or permanent availability of any feature.
